		<description>good for you, hope you find something better. i&#039;m sure that once you&#039;re gone, your unit will sit vacant for months on end like all the others that are empty right now... it pleases me to see them losing money because they are too stubborn to realize that rents have fallen and their concept of &quot;market value&quot; is about two years out of date!</description>
